James Jacob Derr, of Lower Macungie Township, -- who said he was 65-years-old-- told the undercover detective the type of sex he would like to have and agreed to pay $150 for the 14-year-old girl and her 9-year-old sister through Facebook on March 24, the news outlet reports citing court records.

Derr was taken into custody on April 23 as he drove onto the 300 block of East Garrison Street to meet the underage girls after canceling the week before because his car broke down, the outlet says.

He was in custody on $250,000 bail as of Monday, the outlet says.
